This will be achieved through:

• Tracking of delegate activity (voting, forums, engagement).
  Objective: Maintain a centralized record of new chains, their delegates, and their activity.

Actions:

Create a Google Sheet with the following columns:

• Chain (Base, Zora, Mode Network,etc)
• Delegate (delegate’s name)
• Last vote (date and proposal)
• Forum activity (number of posts/comments)
• Govnerd Notes (e.g., needs support with voting)

Set editing permissions for all 10 govnerds path contributors.

Example of the format:

Chain: Base Delegate: Alice X. Last vote: ⅗ votes Forum Activity: Active in 2 post Govnerd notes: It’s an active delegate.

Initial Automation: More chains, more work 😅 Integrate Google sheets with Zapier so that every new delegate added in the Optimism forum is automatically listed.
