Great talent can be found anywhere, and diversity builds strong teams. Our centers of gravity are New York and San Francisco, but we do not have physical office space.
Working Hours: We are location-agnostic and remote-first. We attempt to achieve as much work as possible in asynchronous mode, but sometimes, you’re asked to overlap with EST (GMT-5) working hours.
Most Optimists work about eight hours per day. We are an early-stage company, and raw hours make a big difference in an individual's impact right now. That being said, we are committed to prioritizing employee experience and working to prevent burnout at all costs.
