• Marcus coordinated voting announcements for Cycle #36 and Maintenance Upgrade
• Fuji and Bunnic managed Citizens' House communications and posted results
• Joint House Community Call held April 22 with DAB Office Hours
• Weekly DAO & Governance meeting held April 23
• Fuji provided OP Atlas improvement feedback to the development team

• Alex, Jesse, and Maxwell met to discuss improving delegate participation:
  • Format Evolution: Create more flexible structure vs. formal presentations
  • Enhanced Participation Approach: The team recommended shifting from passive open calls to proactive outreach, with scheduling and better tracking for new delegates.
