Held successful New Delegate Onboarding call on Feb 25 (nice work Alex!)
Community Calls:
- Established govNERDs Community Check-in schedule (every other Tuesday, 19:00 GMT)
- Alex created presentation template for community check-in calls
- Set up Google Meet link for all future calls
Contributions to Governance Operations:
- Marcus added 48-hour reminder and end-of-vote reminder for the L1 Pectra Readiness
- Posted Voting Cycle Roundup #34 in the forum
- Supported technical issues with OP Atlas and retrofunding form
Website and Documentation Updates:
- Working on proposed updates to govNERDs Contribution Path website to incorporate some of the updates in govNERDs: Optimizing OP GovNERDs Contribution Paths: Season 7 Action Plan
- Started deprecating old govNERDs site (with archive for reference)
Knowledge Sharing:
- Maxwell shared Loom video explaining how to make simple content fixes/suggestions for governance docs. This provided instructions on GitHub fork and pull request process for governance documentation updates

First govNERDs Community Check-in on Tuesday, March 5th (19:00 GMT - 30 min)
